I had just read about the AFP and it's struggle to remain as free and independent from France's government as possible. Since our media has failed us miserably, I'm always looking for a "clean" a media as possible, AFP is one. This article provided some context to McCain's sticky situation with Bush - the need to be needed but not too much; like Bush said, "Look, if my showing up and endorsing him helps him, or if I'm against him and it helps him -- either way, I want him to win." ...
