This is an interesting take on health problems which I, at least, haven't seen before. And it forecasts an interesting future political battle. Agricultural policy has been another political 'third rail' for many years now - this should be fun to watch.

And agricultural policy makes most peoples' eyes glaze over. Among problems not noted in the article: agribusiness is making a lot of land unusable, and has the potential for putting the US in a position where a few corporations own and badly exploit most of the good agricultural land.
