The extensive litany of right wing lies are quoted and cited as reasons for the polling decline, with almost no mention that they were lies. This article could be the same if it was a paid ad for the ultra right wing. It also has a defacto implication that the decline is racist, though much of the drop may be because of Obama's war escalation, huge bailouts to corporations, anemic climate legislation, opposition to single payer, privatizing schools, and zero progress on the ... This article fails to ask important questions like why. I read a quote from Madeline Albright that it was very hard to be well informed. Anyone who watches Fox News and similar radio and television sources because they sound good has lost out on truth.

This is more a damnation of news source than anything else.

The polls are possibly unbiased, but the interpretations only include discussions of conservative issues. There is no mention of the loss of support from left wing activists upset about the lack of support for Van Jones, for single payer - or even the public option, relative support for rich financiers as compared to the unemployed (including those no longer considered to be looking) and underemployed.

All this proves is that right-wing media is winning the polling wars. They've gotten their message out better than anybody. And the article does little to prove anything else. Very speculative.
