US climate change plan branded 'Neanderthal'

The Neanderthals functioned well within the ecosystem. Ascribing that characteristic to W is perhaps a great disservice to Neanderthals. There is much more to be said in detail why bush's very late false-sounding new advocacy is vacuous and backstepping, but this report from climate experts around the world gives the appropriate flavor of a response.

You have to love the foreign press and international politicians. Unlike the U.S., both groups are likely to be far more direct than we're used to. I, for one, found the story a hoot!
