Could be more specific on sources, rather than just New York Times, for example. Otherwise a brief, but very good, discussion of the right to free speech of that "individual" know as the corporation.

I've never understood how a corporation could be considered a person with the right to free speech. The owners and shareholders are entitled to free speech, but not the corporation, in my opinion.
