This is a nicely crafted piece with many good quotes and explanations of facts that are not immediately apparent.

This story updates the Wikileaks story, telling of the Judge's decision to reverse prior restraint. It misses some of the legal arguments, expecially that by the jusde that he was encountering "a definite disconnect between the evolution of our constitutional jurisprudence and modern technology."
