As said by a previous reviewer, this report is a politically unbalanced account of events and responses surrounding the de-classified National Intelligence Estimate. I recommend the excerpts themselves (see Related Link) rather than any second-hand account as the way to catch a possible glimpse of what the official thinking on the "War on Terror" may be.

Some use of vague sourcing ("Republican lawmakers"). This story seems politically unbalanced in that there is much more coverage of the government/Republican viewpoint.
