Karzai's rival cries foul play

On the eve of the announcement of the preliminary results of Afghanistan's presidential elections, Abdullah Abdullah, the main challenger to President Hamid Karzai, is crying foul. This is an interesting article about the Afghan election. It is limited to Dr. Abdullah positions. It would be better if broader.
