This is a very comprehensive overview of Google, it's structure, history, founders and vision. Must reading for all worried about Internet neutrality and privacy issues.

Much good info here, but a shame to see celebrity reportage where the corp is the celeb. Note the hidden heart of the piece: Jeff Chester and the Center for Digital Democracy's concern for civil liberties which are jeopardized by all competitors in this arena.

"Google’s power is shaping what’s happening to other industries...." A fine piece of investigative journalism showing the many facets (or is it monster heads?) of Google, and how on both sides of the isles on Capitol Hill, Google is barely understood (and was, for many years, dismissed...)
