This is an extremely biased spin of what Murtha said which, fortunately, I have read in a more accurate version in other reports. Finally, down at the bottom, the author gets around to pointing out Murtha's concern re the lack of political progress. This reporter clearly is manipulating Murtha's words to fit the writer's point of view, rather than communicate Murtha's actual meaning to the reader.
