Rubin, former Treasury chief, likely to fill in at Citigroup

The Citigroup board was highly likely to name Robert Rubin, the former Treasury secretary and an influential adviser to its embattled leader, as its interim chairman at an emergency meeting Sunday, according to a person briefed on the situation.
