A very well documented account of the SCHIP bill for those looking for legislative details. This piece is also successful at putting SCHIP into a broader context.

Thanks for changing the designation from blog post to news analysis--llrx.com is a monthly online magazine. And its designation as "commentary" is from the editor and publisher. As the author, I would call it news analysis, same as Julian. And as the author, am marking the recommendation as n/a, although of course I'd say four or five... : ) My average rating would be lower than five if I entered that and the other subjective categories like balance, fairness, "big picture, style and accuracy...but I see that since I did not enter a recommendation my average rating is actually 0.0 and so hopefully didn't skew things, given my conflict of interest in rating my own work. : )
