This is an opinion piece consistent with Noonan's ideology.

I agree with Noonan on one point: the public and those in office will benefit when bills are consolidated and clarified. However, Noonan ignores the blatant disinformation that is being spread by Limbaugh, Palin and others (euthanasia, etc.) and attributes comments to the administration without any direct citations. Her indulgent tone toward the haranguers seems more than a little self-serving.
