This story does a better job of putting things in context than a brief BBC article that seemed more like a press release reprint. This story, for instance, cites a co-worker, and draws a connection to a related story about the "goverment's attempts to claw back compensation from two injured soldiers. i would have liked a link to that coverage and have provided one of many.
