It shows that despite the ubiquitous nature of mainstream media it fails to command the kind of respect journalists might hope. Obama's citizenship has been covered again and again and yet not every American believes it. Oh, Uncle Walter, we miss you!

Interesting lawyering analysis, but tangential. The birthers just want to tear down his effectiveness, not launch a law suit. And they know they don't have the votes.

Rational arguments are wasted on the irrational.

It takes the question of the birthers and logically goes through the steps that would have to be taken to remove President Obama from office. As it turns out, even if they were right, there's not much that can be done.

I'm actually tired of hearing about this subject, but everyone should read this so they'll know why it just doesn't matter.
