Replete with primary source references, it is a tight article looking at a couple of sets of statements worth understanding better.

Facts and sourcing lend credence to story; however, why just two candidates positions? This is a major issue, and they aren't the only oneswho have taken positions. And how many of us know at least one native born high school graduate who can't read, write, or understand a simple English sentence? College graduate?

Governor Romney can make his own list or, in the alternative, can speak figuratively about New York being at the "top of the list" of sanctuary cities. And Mayor Giuliani knows, as most of us do, that there is a wide and deep difference between what we demand and what we accept, when it is a matter of English proficiency. In other words, I think the criticism is a stretch. The gates are down, the lights are flashing, but there's no train coming.
