I re-read Romans 13, and it says the same tom-fool thing it did 40 years ago when last I read it. Perhaps that chapter is the best indicator to buy into Joseph Atwill's hypothesis in "Ceasar's Messiah." (If you like religion oriented conspiracy theories, it's a doozy.)
