In my opinion, because of its importance, this is VERY good journalism. Bigger than terrorism is the importance of protecting the Constitution and Bill of Rights which has been so abused in recent years by the "expansion of presidential powers". Mr. Parry shows us admirably how weak and lacking in courage the Democratic Party really is. They do not have the backbone to challenge Mr. Bush and his violation of FISA. Instead, a month's vacation was more important and those of us who worked so hard in last year's election to give them a majority, albeit not enough of a majority, received a hearty slap in the face. Washington has definitely NOT changed one iota. Both parties are made up of people either corrupt or weaklings too scared of their own shadows to do any good for the country. They are so similar that we do not have an "opposition" party which is why so many of us are giving up hope. When will we have honesty and proper foresight into the future? Not with the present parties.
