The Toronto Star is Canada's highest circulation newspaper, though its print edition is distributed almost entirely within Ontario. Its parent company, Torstar, owns dozens of regional and community newspapers, as well as Harlequin Enterprises Ltd, the world's leading publisher of romance novels.
