This is quality journalism because there is a lot of effort made to describe the whole situation in Burma. The author uses different experts as sources to describe the human rights abuses. I wish the author could have talked to officials in Burma, but that would be extremely difficult due to the nature of the government.





It's obvious that there is a double standard for nuclear proliferation. Countries like Pakistan and India are pressured to get rid of their nuclear weapons while no one notices Israel's growing arsenal of nuclear weapons. If they misuse normal weapons it's only a matter of time till they misuse nuclear weapons.
