This is an issue that I'm sure many people are aware of but the author gives a more deeper insight on the matter which is very useful to its readers. Although the writer is an attorney she was able to write the article in clearer terms that helps the everyday reader understand better. I noticed just a couple grammatical errors that took away from the reading but other than that good information and great, positive tone.

While the publication is very informative. It does seem to have an opinion overshadowing it. It is definitely seeking the sympathy of readers for the NAACP organization, which I don't think is a bad thing, but an opinion nonetheless.
