The writers failed to mention why there are no charges for those injured. Further they failed to address the charge that he might not receive a fair trial at Ft. Hood. They failed to mention how a jury is chosen in a military trial - since this is wholly different then a normal civilian trial; they failed to answer their own questions.

Very well done there was no mention of what charges might be brought to cover the injured. Many sources were used to bring a fair article and most important the issue that the President has ordered sharing of information and an investigation of why it wasn't.
