I feel there were other important quotes that are omitted from this article, but overall is accurate and correct reporting. But lacking in quotes from Congressional members on their feelings. There is a link to the complete text of the speech is one reason I posted this story.

I feel totally different about the Iran threat now then I did before the speech and would agree with the Prime Minister that the way we are heading with our agreement is completely wrong.

There is a mention of confidential sources who feel there will be a ruling for King, but no effort to get a view from the other side of which there are many who feel this will decide for the Government.

This has a slant of a ruling for King.

But several lawyers consulted by POLITICO, some of whom requested anonymity because they are working on the case in some fashion, expect the tax ... More »

Hope this op-ed writer is wrong on Justice Roberts, dead wrong; or ACA is dead -- DOA.

That shows Roberts is willing to adopt “pretend naïveté about the political process,” and eases the way for him to strike down provisions by simply giving the problem ... More »

The Attorney General making a very public statement about the Administration's view of Equality and how it applies to Gays and Lesbians. Further, detailing that the Administration is not finished and there is more to come. Background information fills any gaps in the statements. This Op-Ed is well stated and complete; and a very easy read. Unusual for an Op-Ed there are many links imbedded - outstanding.

I am in total agreement with our outstanding Attorney General, I'm sure it will further inflame the far right though.

That this author feels the bottom line is that the court will rule along political lines and therefore for King scares the hell out of me.

It is a perception that, despite Roberts’s zealous labors, the court could soon reinforce, at least on the left. “A 5-to-4 decision invalidating the premium tax ... More »

There have been any number of articles on this subject, after all it will slam 8 million if the Court rules against OCA. This is the most complete article I've had the pleasure of reading on ACA & SCOTUS. Even down to an individual cancer patient, hospital personnel and upended doctors. Plus there are several links to other full stories/articles on this matter, the ACA and after the Courts Rulings.

I'm in the camp that says the Court will rule for the Goverment and the ACA. I can quite litterally pray this is the case. Further you can bet if King prevails the Republicans will knock off all 12 million people and kill the rest of the ACA!!!

Very broad article covering all the Buzz words and hype plus a video.

This will still be in the pipeline for years with the potential for law suits and further Congressional actions; bottom line, it is good for the internet.

“This is no more a plan to regulate the Internet than the First Amendment is a plan to regulate free speech,” he said (Wheeler). “They both stand for the ... More »

As an American I do not like this and I think it is time to be giving them citizenship, but I'm unsure about retro-actively, I'd need a lot more facts - I see a case for background checks for this going backwards; forward we have to live with it like we do for all other non-states.
