A very good story, very approrpriate at the present time. Facts were good, but insufficient, the story just dropped cold and ended as one understands the fustification for the law suit, but................... I hope to see a follow up to this soon.
This is a well sourced story. Facts were researccjed amd added tp the value of the whole. Candidates expect to be news worthy they must accept the fact that press will notice when their stance shifts.
This story is raising a matter with which we should all be concerned. Questions should always be asked. It is when we get the answer that we should be concerned: was it answered, was it circumvented, was the answer really an answer to my question? There ares o many things that we must start questioning before we can beginto get a true and fair election.
A gret story with insights that aretruly revealing. I would have liked more "insider" thoughts. But this surely has me thinking a
How wonderful to read this story. A chance for a story to shine with the hope of there being some citizens who really do care about the future of our world. The few examples from persons with "acrid comment" were not enoughto deter from rating this story highly.
To truly get a representative survey, a larger section of the population shpuld be used. I agree that health care is frantically needed, and this is the voice of bitter experience through a fall last year. The security one feels with availability of health care is paramount in selecting ones employer, but having been raised with National Health care system it is a two edged sword. There is no easy answer, but the USA must begin moving toward a nationalized system.
A long piece iof journalism to digest, however, the content was well reported and was so full of bad news. When will the Bush Cheney duo realize they do not dominate the world. It is back to looking for the WMD's again, we cnnot afford to go into Iran. We are stuck in Iraq now and will be for another 10 years minimum. I am sickened at the current regime
This is a pitiful story which needs to be told to the public in simple terms, so that the care givers really understand what they are doing when placing a loved one in a nursing hiome or assisted care facility. The slick machinations and movements with monies is to be deplored. Legislation must be enacted to close the doors to these vast amount of money being paid to a few persons. Remember they are receiving tax payers money when Medicare or Medicaid is paying the bill.
It will be interesting to see how the world will accept this detailes story of behind the scenes. But it also leaves me feeling saddened that it takes a person of Greenspan's stature to pronounce that Iraq is about oil, to make people realize that that statement is the truth.
I am sick in my stomach as I read this story, which appears to be well sourced. How many more wars will GW leave us with as his "legacy"?
This story showed the true role of the Public Editor, which is seldom seen so forcefully as in this particular story. The article was well written and revealing. This is journalism I appreciate and would be happy to see more often.
A well written story portrayng some of the facts. Some of which were beginning to slowly seep down to the citizens and in other instances, being ignored. Thanks
This is another problem which has been carefully kept quiet. We cannot blame the war n Iraq for everything, and let us not start doing that, because the inference in this story is that morale was low under the Gonzalez regime. However, the fact is that the AG office has to be funded and who is going to pay for it. You know the answer to that one only too well. So let us try and unload a very expensive war and try to reduce our costs.
This story was not a white wash nor was it a tear to pieces story. Sadly it portrays Borwnie as a man seeking to be important and still without a clue. That he is asked for an opinion and can only be negative about FEMA is indeed sad.
The list of comparisons was commendable, but no where does Mr. Hitchens address our real present problem namely how to get out of Irag and to persuade Mr. Bush not to go before the public with yet another ill conceived idea of what is right and try to make comparisons.
I found this piece interesting because of the very manner in which it has been written and analyzed. Many will say, this is usual in all believers, to have doubts. Whether Teresa was bedeviled by doubts does not matter, she started a movement caring for others, which is carried on in her name even today, therefore her self doubts are negated by her very actions.
Reading this story one realizes that the US has become a horrible messed up political jungle as never before seen. The story had some good information, but lacked feelings of an outraged citizen, whom I presume worte the sotry.
The story, whilst well written, gives a sad picture of appointments currently being made. It certainly shows no thought for balance.
Not a happy story to read. It must have been heart break to research and report this story, so thanks to the reporters. It was well written, but it left me with the feeling that there is NO solution possible, and I really shudder to think that that may be the case.
An aarticle that, though long, was worth reading, wellwritten and presented. The content and message was clearly understood. I admire the shareholdersand wisgh them luck for my future and theirs.
This story leaves me with a feeling of fear. I am never happy when sources have to remain anonamous, however, I do undestand with a story like this, the informants can do little else. It seems that both Bush and Cheney can only think of bombing and war, I commend Condoleesa Rice for her patience inworking the peaceful way. Please bring more informaion to the table on this terrible travesty that is bout to take place in the name of Bush's idea of democracy.
The article is well written and brings to the table news that has come from no other source. This may just be banging the drum so to speak, but it does give the USA a warning of the position in which we find ourselves, and that is , controlled by Cgh8na.
A story which tells a story which needs to be told, also portrays, perhaps, a difference in cooperation between England and the US and a different future of being such close friends. It was good to read such good analytic journalism
The story was good, reporting was very fair. However, a word of caution. Gallups own polling supplied the data for this story. Would it have been the same with an outside source? I don't know, but it certainly is very timely, and gives good information.
This article, coming from the Wall Street Jurnal, carries for me, more authority. I respect the journalism from this paper and the sources fromwhich they have obtained their info9rmation. This why I rate this artcle so highly, eventhough I do not like the future it portrays.
This is a story well worth reding and gives one the confidence that some Countries are taking the right steps, all be it slowly, in the right direction. The disapointment comes with the lack of stemming the incidence of HIV in children, but this article is the first time I have seen a glimmer of hope of success.
Obviously education is a major need in this problem. Mass testing is another matter, but I do think a free test should be made available to those who wish to be tested. Lets try to stop herpes from spreading even more widly than it has at the moment.
Sadly, we again learn of the paranoia of the Bush Regime, if they do not like the news then it must be cncealed. Iwant clean water and air, I want this to be of a global nature.
This war in Iraq will live with us for many generations to come as weendeavor to clean our reputation in the mid-East.
It is so sad to read a story like this, after so many years so little has truly beenaccomplished for the many who so badly need it. So many are doubting the efficacy of what is being offered.
