I don't understand them. They complain about the aggregator sites, but they don't try competing with them directly. Put them out of business and aggregate each other's content.

The title concerns the relevancy of HBCUs, but the article doesn't even discuss that. You can replace every instance of the word HBCU(s) with 4-year college(s) and the article would still make sense. There's nothing here that supports the statement made in the title.

The article fails to mention how AMEX has been cutting credit lines to credit worthy individuals and businesses in order to avoid defaults. I find this absolutely ironic. It's even been reported that they've gone beyond the criteria normally used by companies to identify likely defaults. By over-aggressively seeking likely defaults, AMEX brought this on itself a bit.
