The more I read about Fact Check and other that do similar fact checks the more I think these Fact Checks do not help to improve media. They do not look seriously at what they do. For example in the past decade especially in last few years majorities do not matter when a Senator can stand up and require 60 votes. Congress is badly broken and no media looks closely at problems with the possible exception of public radio.
