I am concerned about my country. As we undergo a explosion of knowledge our local, state and national elected representatives are unable to keepup. We have many needs and few positive results. We need serious changes including improved journalism.

This article is limited in information and facts. One fact is that atrazine has been around a widely used for decades. This is not limited to current and immediately past executive positions.

This is a good story about money being spent to change or warn members of Congress. Like for elections some kind of limit must be made or our representative democracy will be sold to the highest bidder.

.This is an interesting and important article. Changing and simplifying the taxes makes sense. However, I will not hold my breath until this happens. I am not sure Congress will seriously try to make these needed changes.

Rather than an article this is a commentary lacking facts. It shows response to the President’s positions with no facts.

Whether you agree with him or not you can expect a thoughtful commentary from David Brooks. This is an excellent example. Two points are of importance. Washington is a town with out a political center and too many people only listen or read what they agree.

This commentary takes a deeper and more analytical look at the McClatchy-Ipsos poll regarding health care reform. This closer look makes sense and seems more accurate. This is good journalism.

This article explains the Chamber of Commerce effort to overturn EPA greenhouse gasses. The comparison with Scopes trial is a fair comparison. The Chamber of Commerce does not consider facts they are willing to use information wrongly if need to get what they need.

This article is written entirely from the perspective of business. It appears that German is making money by moving jobs out of country and holding wages down. Is that more responsible than over spending?

This is an extremely well written and very informative article about unemployment and it’s affects on the family and the neighborhood. This story should be read by all members of Congress. Perhaps if all members read this article they would come to a conclusion to work together. If they can not work together, this set of problems will grow larger and harder to resolve.

This story is difficult read because of what happened, but it also makes to easy to understand how this experience galvanized these opponents of Iran’s current government.

This article lacks information. All the quotes are from Senators who wanted to add something. Only very briefly does this story look at why the Majority Leader pulled the plug on the Baucus-Grassley plan. It was lit up like a Christmas tree with parts that helped one Senator or another and did little for jobs.

While this article focus on the Manhattan Declaration and those who signed it. It does not check with anyone who has different concerns. As some one who has read the Bible, I can tell you that there is nothing about abortion in the Bible. The Bible also says humans can not understand God's position. That means people who pick a little from several sources in the Bible and say this is what it means are doing something that the Bible will not support.

This is a disappointing article. In my view it uses the term populist in appropriately. These largest banking institutions have acted very badly. They have been a major factor in the throwing our economy into a depression. It is rational to be concerned about there previous actions and there apparent lack of change in attitude.
