Oh like there is some doubt about a conspiracy of Media & political elites. I just never really knew simply what a jack ass Carl Rove was until I saw this. YOUR Government at work!

Fluff piece with a loaded poll as the annointing of the next President gets underway in earnest. Bush & Clinton are the tag team in the Whitehouse like Dems and Repubs are in Congress. Regiem change is impossible.

This man was trying to illustrate that it is government that holds the children hostage by their corruption. It seems that more and more parts of the world are having the same problems with sharing the wealth.

Maybe it's something about the income redistribution in genuine socialism that spurs the economy. More people having enough money to participate in the economy in a meaningful way.

The Priviledge of Public service. In the elitistcentric cycle we're in the Emphasis seems to be more on the "priviledge" rather than the service. Even less the public. In good OpEd writing the standard is the righteous indignation. Is it justified? Is the writing persuasive? In this example my answer is yes to both.

This is what's wrong with the whole Gitmo thing. There's just no credibility to any of the results or findings. But I suppose this is what it takes to prop up the preposterous war on terror.

The only thing right in this article is that Americans are tired of this expensive failure. Except the Corporations making this money. 4 years in and just now the "military" figures out the militias are a problem. It's sad if anyone really believes this.

It's nieve to think any group will end this war in a hurry. Politics is never simple what with Special interests who do spend money on Congress people involved. This guy Pariser may be just spinning an apology or he may know what he's saying is right. Practically speaking, He's right.

HA! If these Networks made a good show I'd watch it on TV. Most of us still have TV's. Yahoo?, Microsoft?, Desperate? These Pro entertainers love to slam the "amateur" videos on YouTube. It's a user video sharing site, bottom line. I never watch TV shows on Youtube. I will watch on Youtube what I can't get on the Networks. Like, 9/11 truth for just one example. Or original Artists. Lots of potential dubious money trails are hinted at in this arcane article. Genetic patents seem to contradict the natural substance rule. The accelerated reviews beg for an investigation. Merck clearly sets itself up well for litigation. Almost as if some failure of their "cures" is expected and litigation is just part of doing smart business.

Internet was created hodge podge. Patchwork. Quilting with no plan. Like Urban-Suburban sprawl with no over arching developmental plan to insure smooth population transitions, schools and roads. No plan equates to traffic jams and overcrowded schools. stressed city services. Unlike Urban Sprawl, the Internet can be remade in ways to accomodate the realities of the evolution of services. We can now look 15 years back and 15 years forward with credibility.

As I tried to point out in the NewsTrust discussion, this global warming fix will come at the expense of the middle and lower classes. The rich, even the proponents of Global Warming have no intention of altering their life styles except to maybe make even more money off of promoting Global Warming. It's like they want "us" to use less so there will be more for themselves.

The real war is the WAR ON TAXPAYERS. I think you can subset all these "WARS" under that one. Truth? Truth is an informed, healthy, sane, united public would soon find no need for Government or Religion. United and free. Individuals of a very high order. I mean united as opposed to manipulated and divided artificially. (sigh)

This is more a lesson about how to get things done in the Modern American Politics-business paradigm than it is a scandal or something. A similar "expose" of the Global Warming campaigne would no doubt reveal behind the scenes industry backers who too would benefit from new sweeping Global Warming laws.
