This is an extensive study of global warming with a multitude of references ot peer reviewed articles, taken from the view of a skeptic.

I think man's involvement in global warming is negligible and the whole issue is mostly a hoax.

You have to wonder how the penquins survived the big heat wave back in the year 1000. It was much warmer than now. And indications are that there is a natural regulator to earth's temperatures. See the reference provided.

This story is full of garbage. It is taken only from the liberal vierwpoint. There is plenty of evidence that tax rate cuts increase revenues, not just in the short term but over the long haul. Why? Well, there might be a small pent up demand to sell that occurs when capital gains rates are cut. But the big big issue is that the economy does better, much better. And that produces more tax receipts. Happens every time. From JFK to Reagan to Bush II. And tax receipts increased for ... More »

Stossel always tells it like it is and this is no exception. It explains a lot of what is wrong with the media and politics.

This is an opinion piece so it might not be considered balanced, but it should open up everyone's ideas as to the possibility of a global warming hoax. To me, he seems balanced because he admits that we don't know the whole story, only more science and investigation will bring us finally to a consensus. But he surely surfaces questions about the current "consensus".

The letter itself is probably not good journalism, but together with other documents including the film, it gives the reader insight into the big arguments about global warming. Neither side can be proud of their handling of facts. Those promoting global warming are equally irresponsible to ignore the many facts that contradict their position. I'm a part of the Conservative Forum of Silicon Valley. You might be interested to know that the Conservative Forum has had several ... More »

"One has to wonder why Americans don't demand more political action on global warming...." Maybe because they are smarter than the media. The media has been harranging on this subject with only one side presented and yet the public isn't totally convinced. You can fool all the people..........

No mention in this article about opposing views to the whole global warming scam. There is plenty of documenation that puts into question the global warming issue, but you wouldn't find it here.

The 2nd paragraph destroys any credibility to this story. "When Vice President Cheney's chief of staff and other top administration officials wanted to neutralize a critic by disclosing his wife's role at the CIA, they turned to some of the capital's most prominent chroniclers, who -- under longstanding local custom -- promised the leakers anonymity." Except it wasn't the Bush administration that leaked the information. It was a renegade in the State Department. And then we have a ... More »
